Steps I folowed..

## This looks odd at first, but it isn't when you think smart.
## Maybe after a sync, all applications that I had that depended on lua don't
## depend on it anymore.
## Because of that,  "emerge --deepclean"  must want to remove lua, right?

## It doesn't want to remove lua! There must be something wrong... :S
