I emerged python-2.4.1-r1 to try and get pypanel working for enlightenment (I 
found this suggested fix on the forums).  After it was installed, and pypanel 
didn't work, I tried to unmerge it (emerge -C pypanel), and was greated with a 
host of python errors.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update python to 2.4.1-r1
2. Try to use the emerge command
3. Alot of python error show up

Actual Results:  
I got python errors
will add more when I get home from work

Expected Results:  
emerge would work so I can install/uninstall software

enlightenment dr16 window manager, xorg-6.8.1
kdm as a login manager, gdesklets with desklet-starterbar
