Bug 98292 – emerged app-cdr/dvdrtools blocks world update...

Having dvdrtools emerged blocks world update.. even though cdrtools is NOT 
installed.  
 
[blocks B     ] app-cdr/dvdrtools (is 
blockingapp-cdr/cdrtools-2.01.01_alpha01-r2 
 
However, emerge -C cdrtools .... removes app-cdr/dvdrtools.. and then world 
update work correctly..  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -C cdrtools 
2. emerge dvddrtools 
3. emerge --update world 
 
Actual Results:  
!!! Error: the app-cdr/dvdrtools package conflicts with another package.  
!!!        both can't be installed on the same system together.  
!!!        Please use 'emerge --pretend' to determine blockers.  
[blocks B     ] app-cdr/dvdrtools (is

Expected Results:

We need to know which package that you are trying to emerge/update depends on
cdrtools. Please, find it and post back, or at least post the complete output of
emerge -uDpv world.

KISO seems to be the culprit..
