3 days ago I uploaded genpatches-2.6.12-7.base.tar.bz2 to toucan. After the previous mishap, it is now showing on OSUOSL: http://gentoo.osuosl.org/distfiles/genpatches-2.6.12-7.base.tar.bz2 However it doesn't seem to have spread from there. You had the files 0600 on toucan and the cfengine config that changes the permissions had a small typo in it so it wasn't changing the mode for that properly. I manually changed the permissions and fixed the typo. Please check in a few hours or more and see if they are getting out. Sorry about that.
