Bjarke will be helping with Bugday related activities such as implementing new features for the bugday.g.o website, announcing bugdays and hopefully make bugdays even more enjoyable :) Bjarke already implemented most of the current bugday.g.o and has been helpful adding and removing bugs from the site. He'd need access to a bugday.g.o svn repository (doesn't exist yet), an @g.o email addy and bugzilla access to reassign bugs etc. No gentoo-x86 access is needed.
Closing till after the freeze is lifted. probably a couple more days.
Reopening as freeze is lifted now.
Bjarke, give me a few days to check upon your quiz and i'll ping you for your quiz ok? greetings Jochen
Closing as gurligebis was set up a while ago.
I have been taking the ebuild and end of mentoring quiz with Jokey as my mentor, and would like to have it set up. I'm going to maintain net-irc/anope, net-irc/psybnc and join the net-irc, dev-java and www-apps herds. I have sent the two txt files to recruiters@gentoo.org
I reviewed the quizzes and had him do some example ebuilds to make sure he does a good job on them. All happy ;)
all done
He is not active for a long time
What?!?!? I am active - this commit is only a few weeks old: https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=6bf7f9fd23ab7f28237b2f0533c7410c73a1c6ba You might wanna take a look at your script that checks in CVS....
This was because of a bug in the script, sorry
He looks to be inactive for a long time
Not gone yet, but haven't really had time for any linux work for the past year. Please move my packages to other people if possible, so they can get the care they deserve :) Hopefully I'll get some more time later this year, to help out.
All reassigned as talked with him
Still no commits. Second mail sent.
Please go ahead. I haven't been helping out lately, and I don't think it is likely for the forseeable future, that I'll be having time to work on Gentoo. If I get time some time in the future, I might come back. Thanks.
We're going to wait the usual 15 days in case you changed your mind.
Could you move the deadline back a week? I would like to have time to write a goodbye email to the -core mailing list, which I plan on doing this weekend.
Removing it for now. Please ping us when you're ready.
Thanks, I sent out an email now, I'll give it a few days to see if people has any comments to it :)
I give up - I have been trying to write an email to -core for the past few days. It gets sent just fine, but it never gets delivered to the -core mailinglist it seems. Even using dev.gentoo.org as my SMTP server does not get delivered. So no retirement email from me :( You are free to proceed, please remember to change my bugs.gentoo.org username to gurligebis@gmail.com so I still can login here if I need to.

No, this is counter to the documented procedures: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Infrastructure/Retire_Process#Retire_Bugzilla_account

We're delaying this a few days to let him reply to -core if necessary.
Let's fire up the retirement machine.
