Description Robert Wohlrab 2005-06-09 08:36:08 UTC
New ati-drivers are out. This time they are for normal ati users, but not for Radeon Xpress 200 Series users (I am not sure, but the support site listed Radeon Xpress 200 Series with 8.13.3).

ati-drivers-extra also needs to be updated (fglrx_panel_sources have only some "magic number"-changes).

Just the updated patch file. It needs to be updated because ati changed some
magic numbers, but nothing important.

I'm just working on updating it, thanks for the fixes as usual
Comment 3 Robert Wohlrab 2005-06-09 12:05:44 UTC
Seems to be in portage now.
Comment 4 Luca Barbato gentoo-dev 2005-06-09 12:27:33 UTC
yes it is, I hope it works as should

Where you able to compile the new version on 2.6.12-rc*? I saw the ebuild in
the portage and you need to use a couple of more patches
Comment 6 Luca Barbato gentoo-dev 2005-06-10 01:48:11 UTC
Sadly I don't have enough time to test the -rc or the -mm linux nowadays so I
tend to support just the current released kernel. I hope to have something
working in the near future.
