Hi,
Nemesis is a command-line UNIX network packet injection suite. It supports
ARP/RARP, DNS, ICMP, IGMP, OSPF, RIP, TCP and UDP.
 A good category is probably net-analyzer/nemesis.

 The ebuild from bug #1283 has been committed to the tree. Alexander Gretencord
added a patch to fix the man dir. Closing this bug (1283 is still with RELOVED
LATER status though).
