Wayland, nvidia, gnome-44, dual monitors

Was getting stutter, and the patch at gnome git repository fixed the spamming and the stutter. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start wayland session with nvidia proprietary drivers 
2. Firefox with several tabs and windows
3. Check journal being spammed with mutter "scanout" messages, several times a second



Fix already merged upstream.
