The app-office/ooqstart-gnome-0.8.3 applet crashes when I logout of GNOME. I have it set to use the app-office/openoffice-ximian-1.3.9 executable. I'll post the debug info ASAP. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge openoffice-ximian ooqstart-gnome 2. log into gnome 3. add the ooqstart applet 4. set the openoffice executable in the applet's Prefs window to /usr/bin/xooffice 5. logout [and possibly relogin and then logout again] Actual Results: A GNOME crash dialog appears saying the applet crashed. Expected Results: Not crashed. Unable to post debug info, as pressing "Inform Developers" closes the window and finishes logout before it can report the debug info. Also, to duplicate: 5. logout 6. right-click on the applet and select new text document 7. close the new ximian-openoffice window 8. wait ~30 seconds for the applet to start another copy of ximian-openoffice 9. logout P.S. Sorry about the initial miscategorization of this bug.
Known bug, no solution unfortunately atm.
Would it be possible to get a link to the upstream bug? Also, shouldn't this bug be resolved as UPSTREAM?
Added comments to upstream bug (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=47895&atid=451251). It looks like the project is inactive though, so this might not get fixed.
