this plugin for xmms, keeps the sound at the same volume level at runtime. So
any piece of music that is recorded at a different volume level will be played
at the same volume level.

ebuild for xmms-volume  normalizer 0.8.1

i included the digest in the other description field so you'll have to
copy-paste it or just ebuild <pkg> digest it. Hope this ebuild will make it
into the CVS-portage
