Portage is not able to write the file enlightenment.mo to /usr/share/locale/ja/LC_MESSAGES/ - if the file exists an unlink error is thrown by portage...

it seems that the fr & ja localizations (apparently the only ones...) are throwing access vioaltions.   the build is trying to toss them straight into /usr/share
