solved

I'll mark this as resolved. The cause was a corrupted memory card. I had no warning, the only thing i noticed was it was taking 40+mins to sync the repo and i was getting manifest errors. I ran a disk check and found nothing that would fix the disk. I tried to format and delete the partitions again nothing worked. The card had put itself into read-only which explains the manifest error as the card cannot be written to. I made an img of the data and put it on a new card and everything is working fine. Im running kodi-19.5 and all is well, although some addons are complaining that i haven't got kodi-inputstream-adaptive but thats not keyworded for arm/arm64. Sorry and Thanks to all.
