Same thing happened with kpathsea-texmf.d-11.tar.xz

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure you don't already have the relevant distfiles
2. emerge -1 =dev-libs/kpathsea-6.3.3_p20210325-r1
3. confirm the emerge failed due to the missing distfiles


Expected Results:  
these files should be hosted somewhere where they can be found.

kpathsea is a requirement for a lot of packages, especially if you're compiling with the doc flag.

Oops, somehow that got replaced on the primary server from the secondary one.
