blueman releases are done on a ubuntu 22.04 docker from github. It unfortunately comes with cython 0.29.28. Removing the _blueman.c will trigger automake to generate a new one.
2.3.5 will stop shipping _blueman.c which should be released soon(ish).
I suppose it's fixed in 2.3.5.
