Seems to me that cyrus-sasl-2.1.28-r4.ebuild has a dependency on sys-libs/db:4.8 which in turn doesn't work for cyrus-sasl for some reason. Works ok with sys-libs/db:5.3 or sys-libs/db:6.0.
