Description Kobboi 2022-04-06 16:12:19 UTC
Latest samba does not allow nautilus/gvfs to connect to Samba shares.
mount.smb3 works fine on the command line though.

Upstream issue, but logging here for other users (and maybe a mask or dep on samba-4.16?)

https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gvfs/-/issues/611
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2068976

Reproducible: Always

That should have been "dep on <samba-4.16?"

The upstream issue shows fixed and I have confirmed that their fix is included in our current stable gvfs-1.50.2
