Issue: dev-lisp/sbcl-2.1.11 fails to compile.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox_musl)

NOTE:
This machine uses MUSL libc

The upstream officially does not support Linux systems without glibc.
There is a workaround: it is possible to build sbcl using clisp as a bootstrap lisp. But I don't think it's a Gentoo's job to provide a corresponding ebuild.
