Works for me. Admittingly using GCC 10. Will try on another install before committing to installing GCC 11. If possible, grabbing the failing test's log will be helpful. In this case: /var/tmp/portage/dev-php/pecl-http-3.2.4-r1/work/php7.3/tests/client027.log
The cookies randomly fail. Upstream has fixed it for 4.x for PHP 8, but has not backported to 3.x and seems unlikely it will happen. Tried to do it myself and more errors happened. Likely several changes since 3.x was suspended is holding it back. Don't know how to proceed myself
