These versions are due to stable and fix cookie issues with recent cURL releases.

Will CC arches in a few days

LDFLAGS continues to QA fail on 3.2.4-r1 and expected at this time

Please test and mark stable.

As in bug 814398, some tests with cookies inconsistently fail on dev-php/pecl-http-3.2.4-r1.

This has failed in the past and is unlikely to get fixed.  Unfortunately, this version is necessary for the PHP 8 only 4.x branch to resolve correctly in portage.
