When I was trying to get bug 803809 fixed by rygel upstream (releasing a new version), they reminded me that this is a development version. 

If this is really required, we should try to stabilize 1.3.1 too

I don't think we should stabilize a dev cycle for no other reason than EAPI bump. Out of these, maybe gupnp-igd is something that could go stable (as it looks like an even minor version stable release), unless it requires the newer gupnp stack too.
