I can confirm upstream moved away from Freenode. https://github.com/lumina-desktop/lumina/commit/6903713165fea9444fccecd91b1084a734f2eb0a But the patch doesn't change the URL line and the current desktop file contains an updated link. https://github.com/lumina-desktop/lumina/commit/c09819bd1273e59a3a9a7e6bcee4e7094ddf7d20 So, Lumina users in Gentoo are referred to the Telegram channel for support. It would be nice to update the patch file, but it's not required.
