mysql-4.0.22-r2 fails to emerge because of missing files.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =mysql-4.0.22-r2

Actual Results:

Andre, yes, I have it running on some other machines too, but cannot get it right on this particular one. Looks like it´s missing something but I am not able to figure out what exactly. :-/ This one is a fairly basic backup machine with just a few services running. Strange.

could you please attach the config.log and the full portage logfile for the mysql compile (see make.conf to enable logging)

Hmm, after another emerge sync and upgrading to sys-devel/automake-1.8.5-r3 and sys-devel/automake-1.7.9-r1 it works. I´m not sure which one fixed it but emerge has completed successfully now; closing this bug.
