dracut: dracut module 'ostree' cannot be found or installed. seems to be the error. sys-kernel/dracut-055 is the version, something new in this dracut?
I also see dev-util/ostree-2020.8 being installed. probably without USE=dracut ( it has dracut useflag ) so probably some other dracut module sees ostree binary and pulls ostree module in but fails.
The problem is indeed with the ostree dracut module. See bug 816867 for more. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 816867 ***
