re-write this to use the perl-module eclass, and then i'll put it into the tree.
see the dev-perl/ category for examples.

I corrected a small trouble with the header line, and removed other arch than
~x86.

Your ebuild doesn't work for 0.6.5.

there is a missing file in the 0.6.5 's tarball preventing mkill to be successfully installed.I suggest to use 0.6.4 until it's corrected.
I'll report the bug upstream.

I just received a mail from the autor,he released 0.6.6 to correct the missing file.using the ebuild from version 0.6.4 is ok.
