pciutils-2.1.11-r1 cannot be emerged if LANG is not set to "C". Compilation stops with an error indicating that libpci.a cannot be found.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge pciutils

Actual Results:  
The build process stops indicating that libpci.a cannot be found.

Expected Results:  
emerge should be built.

My LANG setting is "de_DE@euro"
LANG="C" emerge pciutils succeeds.

-r4 works fine for me ...

could you try -r3 or -r4 ?

Yes, I was able to emerge pciutils-2.1.11-r3 with arbitrary setting of LANG. I think nobody objects if the bug is closed. Thanks for the fix.
