Hello to all my Gentoo friends.

I notice that all the gkrellm plugins in portage are in x11-misc.  However, an
`emerge --search krell` shows corresponding masked entries for each plugin in
app-misc.  I do not know if this is a bug or if there is a decision pending on
that or not, but I thought I'd let y'all know, just in case.

I'll investigate this.  For the moment I'm adding to x11-misc, since that is
where the largest proliferation of gkrellm plugins seems to live.  Eventually
they will probably be moved.

I have removed all the duplicate entries from all the categories outside of
x11-misc, and removed the corresponding entries in package.mask.
