The configure script simply searches for the doxygen executable that would only be needed if we would enable generation of source code documentation (via doxygen). The ebuild configures successfully even if doxygen is not found. While this is not overly elegant (to have a stray warning) I am tempted to simply leave it as is. :-)

I cannot reproduce on my machine. I will close this as 12.18.1 is no longer in the tree.
