It's hard to be mad about this test failure because it caught a problem in libmagic: # Failed test 'description' # at t/oo-api.t line 183. # got: PDF document, version 1.4 (password protected) # expected: any one of ... # PDF document, version 1.4 # Looks like you failed 1 test of 5. That PDF is *not* password protected, so the test rightly fails. I'll attach a copy of tiny.pdf from File-LibMagic-1.15 and the newer 1.22. Can you run "file" on them both? Neither are encrypted, but the results may help narrow down the problem.

This seems to be fixed by now, either in 1.230.0 or in libmagic.
