Please port the package to use python-any-r1 and support py3.

Given https://sources.debian.org/patches/ffmpeg2theora/0.30-2/0002-Use-python3-print.patch/, this may be enough to fix, although bug 654486 makes me think this likely doesn't build with modern ffmpeg.
