I have successfully built and run app-text/pdfgrep on arm64 without any problems. I think the ebuild should support arm64 officially. Here is the list of rules I added to accept_keywords: =app-text/pdfgrep-2.1.2 ** Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add ** keywords for app-text/pdfgrep (see above) 2. emerge app-text/pdfgrep 3. Run pdfgrep Actual Results: It works! Expected Results: It works!
Sanity check failed: > app-text/pdfgrep-2.1.2 > depend ~arm64 stable profile default/linux/arm64/17.0 (9 total) > app-text/unac > rdepend ~arm64 stable profile default/linux/arm64/17.0 (9 total) > app-text/unac
Could you test if you are able to build (and run the tests of) pdfgrep with "USE=unac" on arm64? This may require manual keywording of app-text/unac by you.
I have been able to build pdfgrep with USE="unac". As you predicted, I had to '**' keyword '=app-text/unac-1.8.0'. I built pdfgrep both with and without USE="test" and it went well both times.
All sanity-check issues have been resolved
> I built pdfgrep both with and without USE="test" and it went well both times. Thanks, but what you want is to emerge pdfgrep with FEATURES="test". Beware that you may run into bug #734952.
You are right, I do hit that bug. Other than that, it looks fairly decent though... === pdfgrep Summary === # of expected passes 135 # of unexpected failures 30 # of expected failures 1 NOTE: This is pdfgrep version 2.1.2.
arm64 done all arches done
