fslint (a GUI tool to find duplicate files) has been removed from the tree, the suggested alternative is dupeguru:

- app-misc/fslint-2.46::gentoo (masked by: package.mask)

in the meantime you can try 
app-misc/jdupes
app-misc/fdupes

This is different. fslint and dupegure are gui, those tools are cli.
