Would there be any reason not to call for stabilisation?
Comment 1 Sergey Ilinykh 2020-05-21 20:53:56 UTC
oh I just noticed while psi and psimedia ebuilds declare dependencies on it. They in fact already switched to cmake and don't depend on qconf.

So basically nothing in the portage depends on qconf. It's interesting if it's still needed then.

I, as a developer of qconf, don't have any big plans for it while all the world is switching to cmake and meson. Even Qt itself has plans to switch to cmake. Then this tool will become useless.

It works pretty good for now though.

Okay then, one last stabilisation, cleanup old. Long-term we don't have to keep it should no new revdeps for it emerge.
