I get this error when compiling any ebuild that uses einfo.  Which is quite
numerous and interupts my emerge world's.  I have tried many different versions
of portage with the last one being portage-2.0.32

run this quick bash script:
`[ -a /sbin/functions.sh ] || emerge baselayout`

closing due to lack of user input and i'm pretty sure that it was just missing 
file ... it happens :x
