Please stabilize media-tv/gentoo-vdr-scripts-2.8

this version has a major fix for the stable 17.1 profil

Older versions, with open bugs about "Lexicographical bash comparison mistakes"
will be removed, after stabilisation of this version.

Note: We still use the user.eclass in this version.
Please ignore this, the next [pmasked] version is on the run in the overlay vdr/devel for some needed tests.
