I'm uncertain on how to phrase this, but if one decides to use consolekit to controll permission for users it's impossible to login to the xfce4-desktop via a graphical login manager. I tried lxdm and lightdm, going straight via /usr/bin/startxfce4 does still work. Also it's possible to login to a lxde session for that matter without the dbus + X dependency. 

Not sure where the depdendency should be added. Maybe directly to sys-auth/consolekit?

consolekit is removed, so closing as wontfix
