According to Repology, the current upstream release is 3.2.  Please bump.

According to https://repology.org/project/visual-regexp/versions, version 3.2 is only available on Ubuntu >= 18.04. However, upstream (http://laurent.riesterer.free.fr/regexp/) shows no sign of a new version.

I suppose version 3.2 is a made-up version number from Ubuntu, perhaps with changes of their own.
