The ebuild says GPL-2, but I cannot find any license info in the package's tarball. HOMEPAGE and SRC_URI are dead. The archived homepage at https://web.archive.org/web/20040308084524/ftp://platan.vc.cvut.cz/pub/linux/matrox-latest/ has no license info either. So, the ebuild should have LICENSE="all-rights-reserved" and RESTRICT="mirror bindist", but without a working SRC_URI this would be quite pointless. CCing treecleaners.
