The latest version of Firefox (=www-client/firefox-69.0) requires a switch from LLVM/clang/etc 7.1.0 to LLVM/clang/etc 8.0.1. However, I also use =www-client/torbrowser-60.9.0_p855 from the torbrowser overlay. After I was unable to link =www-client/torbrowser-60.9.0_p855 with USE=clang and the installed versions of LLVM/clang/etc at 8.0.1, I went to the Github and filed a bug there. The owner of the repository (MeisterP) told me he had no problems with v7.1.0, and also suggested I attempt to compile =www-client/firefox-60.9.0 and then report it on the Gentoo bug tracker. Turns out the linking issues also affect =www-client/firefox-60.9.0, and they seem to be related to Hunspell. There are three messages like this: "ld.lld: error: undefined symbol: Hunspell::(function name)" Attached are two build logs: one for =www-client/firefox-60.9.0 and another for the unofficial repository =www-client/torbrowser-60.9.0_p855.
