summary says it all the 6.13 ebuild apparently came from the -r0 .12 ebuild
and cause of htat misses all the QA fixs and everything else -r2 had including
pvm support

I fixed some of the QA issuses.
pvm support still to come, won't work right now.
I hope to fix pvm support during the next week or so.
