This is an update of net-p2p/gnunet.

Simply renaming the old ebuild to reflect the new version did not work, it
failed during compilation. I replaced the use of 'econf' with the use of
'./configure' as shown in skel.ebuild. I also changed the contrib files to
instead install into the /usr/share/doc/gnunet-0.4.5 directory instead of
/usr/share/gnunet. I also removed the notice of where to look for documentation
and configuration files. Note, none of the files that were installed in
/usr/share/gnunet of the previous ebuild are necessary for any program to work,
they are just examples.

New version out.

$ cp gnunet-0.4.5.ebuild gnunet-0.4.6.ebuild

Works perfectly.
