Description Matthias F. Brandstetter (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-10-21 06:22:52 UTC
Hi all,

I have a problem with "emerge sync". I tried to update my portage tree because I had a inconsistent kde ebuild. But after syncing I still have this problem:

[ 15:19 itchy kde ] pwd
/usr/portage/kde-base/kde
[ 15:21 itchy kde ] cat kde-3.3.1.ebuild

(same goes for kde-3.3.0)
any ideas on this?

Ummm... Wait 15 minutes and try again?
Comment 4 Matthias F. Brandstetter (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-10-21 06:54:04 UTC
nope, this error exists since yesterday...
Comment 5 Alec Warner (RETIRED) archtester gentoo-dev Security 2005-01-06 20:30:00 UTC
Still having this problem or did another sync fix the ebuild?
Comment 6 Jason Stubbs (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-07-31 00:44:38 UTC
Looks like it was a bad mirror. Whatever it was, I'm pretty sure the problem
no longer exists after 9 months.
