The file "linux-gentoo-2.4.19-gentoo-r7.patch.bz2" in 
the /pub/Linux/distributions/gentoo/distfiles/ directory on the 
ftp.ibiblio.org is inconsistent.
The digest of the file (digest-linux-gentoo-2.4.19-gentoo-r7) specify a length 
of 64233812 bytes but when you download it is 526420 bytes.
