This is the first official release which no longer requires pycrypto, aka 
pre20180731 replacement.

Please bump.

Upstream no longer provides high level Changelog file, but one of the important changes is that Python2 no longer supported in this release.

So please keep 1.16.0_pre20180731 in the tree for a little longer to make sure that all dependant tools support python3

This has been bumped in May without closing relevant bugs.

However, I don't see why you claim that it doesn't support Python 2.  It's certainly listed in setup.py, and all tests pass.
