Sorry, issue URLs can be added, it is only merge_requests that are not currently allowed.

Ok, it seems to have worked on bugstest.  I'm deploying it on production now.  Please check in 1-1.5 hours, and close the bug if it works.

So apparently I had to reload apache2 but now it seems to work.
