The JIT restrictions made sense when we still had grsec based kernels around as these put in place additional restrictions on mprotect and RWX mappings. Since we no longer have access to these please consider dropping the masking of pcre-jit for dev-vcs/git on features/hardened/package.use.mask

pcre-jit is going away in 2.31+
