I'm unsure if we should apply https://github.com/libexpat/libexpat/commit/8e3f402efe0dc53fa7e4f5484971d7744902aa51 downstream before and why it's not been an issue in practice so far. Any thoughts?
It seems we are always passing --without-docbook, then, probably there is no hurry to apply that patch I think :/
