mnet is a file sharing tool, i think it should be in net-p2p/mnet.
attached is ebuild.
its a binary because there are 2 options for getting mnet:
-binary
-cvs
since it seems cvs-ebuilds are not really supported, it downloads the binary
from sf.net.

sorry, i cant open your ebuild, you have to select  text/plain  as Type..
application/octet-stream doesnt work..
