Upstream has decided to stop bundling the G'MIC library in 3.2, but Gentoo doesn't have a corresponding media-gfx/gmic-qt package. Krita's filters menu is now showing a UI to download and run a binary blob from a third party website with no verification whatsoever, and also unhelpfully fails silently when it inevitably fails to load. gmic-qt is at: https://github.com/c-koi/gmic-qt
