after an emerge rsync i ran emerge -pu world and this is what i get:

Calculating world dependencies -
!!! Error: couldn't find match for ">=gnome-base/gnome-vfs-2.0.2" in
gnome-base/gnome-2.0.1_rc1

if you unmask gnome-vfs then it wants gnome orbit

Calculating world dependencies \
!!! Error: couldn't find match for ">=gnome-base/ORBit2-2.4.1" in
gnome-base/gnome-vfs-2.0.2

so i find it impossible to update my sustem without telling it to not use gnome,
however if it wants to update somthing that should use gnome it will be a problem

okay, there appears to be a problem with package.mask.
Sorry for the inconvenience, it was a - instead of a _ at one place.

rsync agan and see if it remains
