dev-libs/redland-1.0.16 fails the test rdf_serializer_test with

FAIL: rdf_serializer_test

The reason is that Raptor 2.0.11 has changed the serialization slightly.
An upstream patch0 (included in redland-1.0.17 aka librdf-1.0.17) fixes the test.

Please apply the patch in the redland ebuild or stabilize dev-libs/redland-1.0.17. Thx.
